 Dear Mr. Lawrence:

   It is my pleasure to share  a copy of my
 letter to Monseñor Carlos Manuel de Céspedes, the
 Havana Cuba. It was sent on July 22, 1997.

   The letter dealt with  the communist tyranny
 imposed by Fidel Castro on Cuba for almost  thirty-nine
 years.
   I would like to thank you for your supportive
 attitude in favor of toppling Fidel Castro’s tyranny and
 communism in  Cuba.

   I am also requesting that my letter to Monseñor
 Céspedes be published in The Miami Herald.

   Included with this letter you vill also find
 copy of my letter sent to his Holiness John Paul II, The
 Vatican.
